# The candidates must submit their abstract, on or before January 30th, 2009, online.
# The participants selected will be intimated on or before 3rd February, 2009.
# The first page of the paper should contain topic, name of the participants, their department, college, contact number & e-mail id.
# The second page of the paper should contain the abstract.
# The contents of the paper should start from the third page.
# The participants selected for the final presentation will be intimated on or before February, 2009.
# The qualified candidates are required to bring along with them one soft copy (on CD) and 2 hard copies of the technical paper on the day of the event.
# The format for the abstract and the paper :

# Rules:

# A maximum of two participants per team is allowed.
# The participants will have to give their presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint.
# Audio/video clippings are not allowed. Pictures and graphs may be used.
# Each team will be allowed ten minutes for presentation followed by two minutes of Question and Answer session.
# Decisions made by the judges and the event managers will be the final and binding.
