Rules :

* Maximum of 3 participants per team.
* Only original work is appreciated.
* Plagiarism in any form is strictly forbidden. (If the work is not found to be original, candidates are likely to be penalized aptly.)
* Participants are initially required to mail only their abstract before the deadline.
* Abstracts and papers should be sent in the IEEE format. ( http://www.iswcs.org/iswcs2007/IEEE_Paper_Word_Template_A4.zip)
* Participants should register online.
* Registration numbers ought to be mentioned failing which the entries will not be considered.
* Selected candidates will be intimated; following which 1 hardcopy and 1 softcopy of the full paper will have to be sent as soon as possible.
* Participants shall not exceed 7-10 min for their presentation.
* Presentation will be followed by a questioning session by the judges.
* Accommodation will be taken care of and one-way travel allowance (train and bus) will be given for the selected candidates.
* Registration closes at 1800 hrs Jan 31st.
* Deadline for sending the abstract is 31st Jan.
* Decision of the judges will be final.
