Rules for Paper

* Maximum 2 participants per paper.
* Duration: 8 minutes per paper(6+2)
* Paper should not exceed 6 pages.
* Intimation will be done only through e-mail.
* Papers should be in IEEE format.

Necessities:
One soft copy in cd.
Two hard copy.
Last date for submission: 16.02.2009
Date of intimation(Acknowledgement):21.02.2009

DEBUZZ (Debugging)
Individual participation.
Duration:
Prelims: 20 minutes.
Finals: 40 minutes.
Skill test based on C,C++

MACHO MIND (Quiz)
Two members per team.
Duration :
Prelims : 10 minutes.
Finals : Head on Head with Co-Participants On stage event

SPOT EVENTS
Two members per team.
Duration : (one hour)
Prelims: Based on no.of teams

GUIDELINES :

* Only Student Participants.
* Participation of a candidate is restricted to 3 events.
* Spot entries are opened for all events except paper presentation.
* LCD projectors and OHP will be provided wherever necessary.
* ID cards and Bonafide certificates are necessary for all events.
* Free boarding and Lodging will be provided only on prior request.
* Judges' decision will be final and binding.
* Rules are subjected to changes.
